In my talks I debunk persistent myths surrounding time, productivity, and stress. It’s not about packing more into already busy days or slowing down to feel less stressed. It’s about experiencing and achieving what truly matters, without the rush that may seem efficient even if it isn’t.
I help people move from scattered efforts to peaceful productivity by focusing on energy, enthusiasm, and clarity. Once these elements are in place, real efficiency naturally follows.

I very much enjoyed her presentation about how to use our time. It was based around a really emotional story. She really knows how to make listeners feel something - you could have heard a pin drop, even if there were around 500 in the audience. And actually, making us feel also made us remember what she said!
