A brief history of the company

In 2006 the company was acquired by Olof Englund, Annika’s father. The business provided technical and management consulting services to companies in the automotive and engineering industry.  

Annika’s work as a Storyteller and Timefinder started in 2010 as a side activity to her work as a leader in the corporate world. These activities were carried out in a sole proprietorship named Annikaslol, short for Annikas Läsare och Lyssnare (Swedish for Annika’s readers and listeners). From 2019 Annika worked full time as a Storyteller, Timefinder and Leadership coach. 

In 2021 Annika purchased OMEC from her father who had by then fully retired. She decided to keep the name as an homage to her parents but changed the business focus to  Consultancy, training and coaching of leaders and organisations as well as artistic and literary creation.

About Annika Rosendahl, owner of OMEC AB

Annika is a result-minded and caring Storyteller, Timefinder and Leadership coach with 20+ years of leadership experience from the corporate world in Telecom, Automotive and Utility industries. She is a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, a PMI certified Project Management Professional and a certified Professional scrum master as well as a Robbins-Madanes trained life coach. Annika is also a published author of both fiction and non-fiction books.
